Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 3 to 6 business days.

Due to seasonality, USPS delivery dates are purely an estimate, and may be shorter than actual delivery times. All listed delivery times are NOT a guarantee.

7Stax is not responsible for carrier delays or transit issues once an order has been accepted by the shipping provider. Packages showing no movement for fewer than 10 business days are considered in transit. Replacements or refunds will only be processed once an order is deemed lost by the carrier or has shown no tracking updates for at least 10 business days.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or corrections to the shipping address.

Order modifications, exchanges, or item swaps cannot be made after an order has been submitted. Please ensure your cart and details are correct prior to checkout.

We will not ship Kratom to the following restricted states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

 

UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an order with Next Day Air on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, it will not arrive until the next business day (typically Monday or Tuesday depending on holidays). Please plan accordingly when selecting this shipping option.
