I was a Kratom user who got sick of the green powder mix & I discovered & started on this 7-OH product, first from the local smoke shop & then found the good deals here at 7STAX . Lets start from the beginning....we all have difficult days at work & lets face it, drinking liquor
has too many disadvantages, like a crappy hangover !
Kratom was a great way to unwind, but it just tastes & feels awful ! Enter 7-OH....a 20mg tab was just what I needed, & I soon advanced to the 30mg. Well, listen up folks.....DONT get carried away ! I began my day at 9:30am with 1-30mg & was soon taking another 2- 30mg after work at 4:30pm. Of course, that hits the spot & turns a stressful day into paradise ! Heres the thing....DONT get carried away ! First of all, these things make you feel GREAT ! And like all other products that help so much, they can also be a difficulty if not monitored properly . For reference, I'm 60 yrs old & 225lbs & I started 7-oh at 30mg as a relaxant & replacement to drinking booze after a tough day. After awhile-a few months, I would increase that to 45mg on stressful days & discovered it was a great way to start the day as well as a nice cap after work....& also a helpful way to promote sleep at 11pm. So, here we are at 30mg to start a great day.....30-45mgs as a great way to wipe away a stressful work day at 4:30pm & 30mg at 11pm to induce a good nights sleep . In a controlled manner, we are at 105mg a day. DONT GET CARRIED AWAY....on crappy days, I would take 60mg after work & could not wait 7 hours between treats, which led to increased daily intake, which is NOT recommended ! I am writing this, so you dont learn the hard way....'to control your intake'!
I soon found perfect dosing schedule & cost control with the purchase of 7STAX 50mg in the 500 count container at $2k on my credit card, which is $4. a tab & taken- an hour after wake up at 9:30am, with 1/2 tab=25mg for a nice start to the day.....3/4 tab at 4:30pm as a reward for after work & 1/2 tab at bed time @ 11pm. This is a controlled intake of 1- 3/4 tabs @ 87mgs that you will soon learn to be a responsible usage. I DONT want to describe the results of careless consumption....as it is highly undesirable & can disrupt your lifestyle. Be careful with intake amounts & be patient between use .
